Nothing is blocked before that click — this is our protection against mistakes and abuse.
We confirm within 48 hours and tell you how to pay the deposit.
Bank transfer or Wero; the balance is settled on arrival.
Without your confirmation within 48 hours, the dates become free again.

Frequently asked questions
How do I book? Are my dates blocked straight away?
You send us your dates through the form. You then receive an email with a confirmation link: until you click it, no date is held. Once you click it, your dates are held as an option and we confirm within 48 hours.
Can we book the gîte for just one night?
The gîte has a 2-night minimum stay. The guest room can be booked for a single night.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome in both the gîte and the guest room.
What time can we arrive, and what time do we need to leave?
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival, in both the gîte and the guest room.
How far are you from the beach and the village?
The bourg d'Étables-sur-Mer is a 20-minute walk, the plage du Moulin 25 minutes. The harbours of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (4 km) and Binic (5 km) are about 20 minutes away by bike.
Is breakfast included with the guest room?
Yes, breakfast is included in the guest room rate.
How does payment work? Is a deposit required?
No online payment: once your request is confirmed, a 30% deposit (arrhes) is paid by bank transfer or Wero, with the balance settled on arrival.
Until when can we cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival. After that, the deposit (arrhes) is retained.
Can we come by bicycle? Is there somewhere to store them?
Yes, a bike shelter is available on site.
